Sam Ivin – Lingering Ghosts

Sam Ivin’s work focuses on social issues and the people connected with them. His pictures demonstrate the impact that these situations have on his subjects and by documenting their stories and perspectives he hopes to provide a more personal and tangible understanding of them. Ivin studied Documentary Photography at the University of Wales, Newport, and graduated in 2014.  

Six original Lingering Ghosts pieces shown at Circulation Festival, Paris, January-March 2017. Opening weekend attracted 12,000 people.

Original Lingering Ghosts series exhibited as part of Identità Negate show at Galleria del Cembalo,Rome. One of two Fabrica photographers exhibited, September 2016.

Five original Lingering Ghosts pictures exhibited at Athens Photo Festival 2016. Pakistan image used as main photograph to promote the festival.
